Per Diem Lititz is seeking an AM Pastry cook to join our talented team! We execute an eclectic menu of both local and international cuisine. The restaurant is located in the Hotel Rock Lititz and on the Rock Lititz Campus providing service to leisure and business travelers, Rock Lititz campus community, and the local Lititz and Lancaster community.
This is a position for someone with experience to potentially grow into a larger role by following TFB Hospitality Core Values:

Hours: Full Time/ 40 Hours

Responsibilities:
- Prep for evening dessert menu for Per Diem, Lunch and Dinner desserts at our Studio Kitchen at Rock Lititz, and off site catering events as needed
- Assist in inventory of stock
- Bread and pizza production
- Keeping a stock of pastries for events
- Specialty cakes for events as needed
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience
-Team-oriented attitude
-Ability to follow direction
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Love of food and people
