- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and related service areas (Lobby, bar area, etc).
- Assist with daily prep prior to service and restocking both before and during service hours
- Polishing, cleaning, and replenishing glassware and bar tools in support of the bartender
- Greeting guests and providing the first steps of service by providing menus and place settings and anticipating needs during guest experience such as refilling water or replacing cutlery
- Taking out recycling and trash, refilling ice, and replenishing bar supplies, ingredients, and beverage fridges from back stock
- Provide support to all bartenders and management staff as delegated
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations and/or hospitality focused business preferred
- RAMP certification
- Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
